CBRE is now looking for a Technician/Facility Caretaker with a focus on outdoor environments, gardening, and waste management for our residential properties. About the Role

As a technician, you are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the outdoor environments of the properties. You work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, property managers, and contractors. The work is varied and primarily takes place outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and upkeep of green areas, plantings, lawns, and courtyard environments
Pruning of bushes and small trees
Supervision, cleaning, and tidiness of common areas
Operation, maintenance, and follow-up of waste areas, trash rooms, and environmental stations
Simple repairs and measures related to outdoor environments
Snow removal and anti-icing during the winter period
Reporting deviations and handling fault reports
Contact with residents and external suppliers

Qualifications

Experience in outdoor environments, gardening, property maintenance, or similar
Good practical and technical understanding
Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
Service-oriented attitude and good teamwork skills
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Valid Category B driver's license
