We are looking for an experienced cook specializing in Asian cuisine and Hotpot. The business offers an Asian lunch buffet, weekend buffet, and places a strong focus on traditional Chinese Hotpot buffets. Previous experience with Hotpot is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Chinese dishes, Thai food according to the company menu, and Hotpot broths.
- Prepare ingredients, marinades, sauces, and special ingredients.
- Ensure high hygiene standards and comply with Swedish food safety regulations.
