To our Business Support department, we are looking for an engaged and ambitious substitute who wants to develop in a media company with a very high pace and varied tasks.

About the role

As an interim project manager with us, you have a central role in our operations. You are responsible for driving several event projects simultaneously, from start to delivery, often with short lead times and high expectations.

You plan, prioritize, coordinate, and follow up. At the same time, you handle customer cases and internal processes. This requires exceptional drive, structure, and the ability to make quick decisions without losing quality.

This is a demanding role with high responsibility from day one. You work in the Business Support department and report to the Head of Business Support. The position is a fixed-term substitute role at 50–100% according to agreement, with an estimated duration of 4–12 months, with the possibility of extension or another role within the company.

Your assignment

• Drive several parallel projects against clear and often tight deadlines.
• Ensure delivery with high quality.
• Be the hub between the customer, production, and internal processes.
• Solution-oriented and professional in customer interaction with good communication skills.
• Maintain full overview and control over processes and data.
• Customer service and support via phone and email.
• Administration and management of databases.
• General office tasks such as purchasing breakfast and mail handling.

• Have good experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering with quality.

• Are technically confident and can quickly get up to speed with new systems.
• See deadlines as a motivational factor, not a problem.

Meritorious: experience from media/production or environments with fast delivery cycles.

Practical info

Location: Slakthusområdet, Stockholm

Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00

Up to 50–100% according to agreement, estimated duration of 4–12 months with the possibility of extension or another role within the company.
