RESPONSIBILITIES

You are our customers' natural and first point of contact regarding premises issues, leading both scheduled building meetings and ongoing communications. In cases where we rent external premises, you are the customer responsible for the municipality's operations and maintain dialogue with our external landlord.

A major area of responsibility includes planning and implementing maintenance measures based on an allocated budget framework. Additionally, you carry out tenant adaptations, measures following inspections and surveys, and other similar actions on the properties. This work involves contact with the municipality's premises users and responsible persons in various operations, both regarding planning and implementation. You are also responsible for the supplier, contractor, and authority contacts required to carry out current work. You participate in procurement processes and draw from framework agreements.

You work to ensure that measures are carried out on time and to agreed quality standards, whether the measure is planned or of an urgent nature. Through an open and dialogue-oriented working style, you communicate about needs and changes regarding the premises and buildings you are responsible for. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues working with, among other things, technical installations, finance, and maintenance. Planning is carried out using our maintenance system.

The position requires good administrative and communication skills. Since you handle many issues simultaneously and have a large network of contacts, you must be structured, collaborative, and analytical.

On-call duty according to the Premises Supply assignment may be included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in property or construction is meritorious.
  • Work experience in the property or construction industry is meritorious.
  • A valid B-class driver's license is required.

Employment type: Permanent position.

We who work within Marks Municipality jointly develop our team culture by being engaged, caring, and developmental, for the long-term benefit of the individual and society.

In our positions, we place great importance on your personal suitability.

For certain positions within Marks Municipality, specific requirements apply based on legislation and the needs of the operation. This may involve security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585), the requirement for Swedish citizenship, and/or register checks according to current legislation on register checks.

Information regarding what applies to the specific position will be provided during the recruitment process.

As an employer, we promote equal rights, obligations, and opportunities for all employees and value the qualities that diversity and a balanced gender distribution can bring to the operation.
