The position starts on August 17, 2026, for a one-year duration with the possibility of extension. The work is on-site, with working hours on weekdays between 07:30–16:00.

Responsibilities

In the role of leaser, you are responsible for managing the entire leasing process, from when the apartment becomes available for rent until move-in is complete. You will work on marketing vacant properties, conducting viewings, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for Gavlegårdarna's tenants. A key part of the role is building and maintaining good relationships with both new and existing customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with colleagues on-site and communicate with tenants via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Renting out apartments
• Administration regarding contracts and incoming documents
• Handling direct swaps, subletting, and transfers
• Conducting apartment viewings

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school diploma
• Has administrative experience and good computer skills
• Has previous experience working with sensitive cases/information
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience in leasing or selling residential properties.
