Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior MES Consultant.

What You Will Work On

• Lead implementation and continuous development of a new MES landscape
• Define and drive roadmap, priorities, and execution planning
• Translate operational and production requirements into technical solutions
• Coordinate activities across production, automation, IT, and supplier teams
• Support integration between manufacturing, enterprise, and operational systems
• Drive project governance and stakeholder alignment
• Improve manufacturing information flows and operational visibility
• Ensure successful implementation of production-near digital solutions
• Support process standardization and operational optimization initiatives
• Facilitate decision-making across technical and business stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum across initiatives
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing digitalization strategies

What You Bring

• Extensive experience working with MES platforms in manufacturing environments
• Proven track record delivering large-scale production system implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing information flows and operational processes
• Experience integrating MES with ERP, WMS, and production systems
• Strong knowledge of ISA-95 principles and manufacturing architectures
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive requirements, planning, and implementation activities
• Strong business understanding combined with technical execution capability
• Experience operating in complex production environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
