About the role
In the role of Foreman in Construction at Hedin Construction, you are responsible for organizing, planning, and following up on parts of the production together with your team on respective projects.

You work independently and play a key role together with the Site Manager in the project's daily operations. You plan and lead the project forward, coordinate subcontractors, oversee the working environment, and continuously align on scheduling, economics, quality, documentation, and drawings.

Together with your team and subcontractors, you work to achieve set goals, exceed customer expectations, and deliver high quality in all parts of the project, ensuring satisfied clients and end-users.

The operations are based at our local office in Varberg, and you will be engaged in projects primarily in the Halland region.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have previous experience in the role of Foreman in the production of larger construction projects. You have a construction technical education at the upper secondary level, a vocational higher education (YH), or a university degree.

As a person, you are engaged, meticulous, and eager to develop. You are driven by working towards common goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers. You thrive with a varied workday, work proactively, and are happy to share your knowledge and experience.
