We are expanding and are looking for another Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of construction and store transformation projects from start to final delivery. You work closely with the customer, your future colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure together that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and set expectations.

The work includes both new establishments, renovations, concept changes, and larger store transformations.

The location is of minor importance as our assignments are located all over Sweden. The most important thing for us is to find the right person – someone who fits into our team, shares our values, and wants to contribute to our continued development.

Travel is involved in the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute construction and store transformation projects from idea to completion.
• Create and follow up on project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources.
• Ensure that authority requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and safety instructions are followed.
• Handle procurement and contracts within the projects.
• Identify and manage risks and solve emerging problems.
• Monitor project economics and report status to the Project Director.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in project management within construction and retail.
• Documented experience in store renovations, concept rollouts, or larger transformation projects.
• Good understanding of cost estimation and tender procedures.
• Good knowledge of the construction process and personnel coordination.
• Experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up.
• Ability to lead several parallel projects.
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
