For over fifteen years, we have worked with new construction, renovation, remodeling, and infrastructure in both small and large projects. In West Sweden, we have worked on hundreds of projects, ranging from housing, schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. If you move around in West Sweden, you pass something we have built every day, and we are proud of that. With our broad experience and our loyal and stable customers, we find projects that suit you and your background. Our clients are construction companies, and we do not work directly with private individuals.

Education and Certificates

Experience

We are looking for you who have experience from the site and civil engineering industry and enjoy practical work where quality and precision are in focus. Perhaps you have education in civil engineering or equivalent experience with site work, water and sewage work, paving, or other infrastructure projects.

To thrive with us, we believe you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. You are responsible, work safely, and have good collaboration skills.

We would appreciate it if you had a wheel loader license or experience driving a wheel loader, but this is not a requirement.

Salary and Employment Conditions

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (Construction Agreement), which means:

• Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
• Insurance
• Reduced working hours
• Wellness allowance

You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works out and we get along, your employment will turn into a permanent position. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
