Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and interested in working with concrete pouring in Falkenberg? We are currently looking for a concrete worker/pourer for our client via Lernia. You will become part of a dedicated team where safety, quality, and efficient craftsmanship are the focus.

About the role

As a concrete worker/pourer, you will perform tasks within formwork construction, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing. The work is carried out both on construction sites and, in some cases, in production facilities depending on the assignment. You will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that the work is performed according to drawings, work orders, and current quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formwork and excavations, and assemble and secure reinforcement.
• Perform concrete pouring, including pumping and core drilling work as needed.
• Vibrate, level, and finish surfaces to achieve the desired result.
• Perform simple concrete repairs and surface treatments.
• Follow drawings, concrete plans, and work descriptions.
• Follow safety routines, use protective equipment, and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report material needs.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in concrete work, pouring work, or construction work. Professional experience from previous assignments or education in construction and infrastructure is advantageous. A Category B driver's license is often required as the work may involve travel to different work sites. A forklift license and experience with concrete pumps are advantageous.
