Falkenbergs Plåtslageri was founded in 1966 and is today run by the third-generation sheet metal worker, Henrik Unosson. We are West Sweden's largest sheet metal workshop, with sister offices in Halmstad (Falkens Plåt & Ventilation) and Båstad, and we perform all kinds of work within sheet metal and ventilation, including stainless steel. We have approximately 35 employees, and our customers consist of companies, industries, builders, and private individuals. We are growing and are now looking for more ventilation technicians for our teams in Falkenberg and Halmstad.

What does the role offer?

As a ventilation technician with us, you work with the installation and assembly of complete ventilation systems in new construction, renovations, and larger industrial projects. Thanks to our focus on quality, safety, and long-term customer relationships, we have built a strong trust in the market and today collaborate with many of Halland's leading industrial companies, developers, and contractors.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Assembly of ventilation ducts, units, and ventilation components
• Installation of complete ventilation systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents
• Adapting and adjusting installations on-site

You will be part of a tightly knit team where you collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, customers, and other contractors. You will be based at one of our operations in Falkenberg or Halmstad and work on projects throughout Halland.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant upper secondary education and practical experience in assembly or installation work, preferably within ventilation but otherwise within construction, plumbing, electrical, or industry. You are accustomed to reading and understanding drawings and technical documents. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish.

As a person, you are responsible, self-reliant, and meticulous with a strong focus on quality in the work you perform. You have a solution-oriented attitude, are flexible when conditions change, and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues, customers, and other professional groups.
