Business Support – Support for operations and customers in everyday life
As Process and System Support, you will belong to Business Support, which is part of Samhall's Shared Service Center. You report to the Head of Business Support and are part of a group with 16 colleagues. Business Support is a unit tasked with supporting Samhall's operations and customers in their assignments. They do this by providing professional service and user support to internal employees as well as external stakeholders on a daily basis by investigating, resolving, and following up on questions or feedback related to processes, system support, and working methods, such as deliveries, employment, invoices, etc. An important part of the assignment is to identify development needs that contribute to making it easier for both Samhall's operations and customers.
Samhall has its nice premises at St. Larsgatan, right in central Linköping. The assignment extends until the turn of the year, with a chance of extension.

We are looking for you who
- Have a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
- Have previous experience working with service
- Good experience working in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
- Have an interest and understanding of IT/technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, as this is required to perform the job duties
- Driven by collaboration and interested in learning new areas
It is advantageous if you have
- Previously worked in case management systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Understanding of processes and the ability to see things from a holistic perspective
- Previously worked in any of the following systems: IFS, SuccessFactors, Dynamics CRM, Quinyx
