We are looking for a course coordinator and instructor in mechanics to help train the maintenance technicians of the future. As the course coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the Mechanics course within the framework of the Vocational Higher Education (YH) program for Maintenance Technicians.

This role is ideal for you if you have strong subject matter expertise, solid pedagogical skills, and experience teaching adults. The work is conducted in a hybrid model, combining on-campus sessions with distance learning.

• Location: Södertälje
• Study Format: Hybrid/Distance (6 on-campus meetings)
• Duration: 6 weeks full-time
• Period: Approximately September 14 – October 23, 2026
• Number of Students: Approximately 20 students
• Instructor Hours: 70 hours

Responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Plan and conduct teaching in mechanics.
• Develop course materials, schedules, and pedagogical structures.
• Create examinations and assessment criteria.
• Be responsible for grading and assessment.
• Work in digital learning platforms, such as Microsoft Teams.
• Provide support and feedback to students.
• Collaborate with educational leadership regarding course implementation and development.

• You have experience teaching adults.
• You are pedagogical, flexible, and development-oriented.
• You are digitally savvy and comfortable with hybrid and distance teaching.
