At the Innovation and Information Management unit, we are sixteen employees and one manager. Our unit's mission is to work with innovation and information management, which includes innovation, digitalization, IT, information management, external funding, and international cooperation. Our workplace is the administration's main office in the Slakthusområdet area.

Your role
A major focus within information management is to develop working methods and processes that support business development through digitalization, while meeting requirements for information management, data protection, and information security.
The role involves, among other things:
- coordinating and supporting work with information security and personal data management
- monitoring and developing information security and data protection work
- working with information classification, risk analyses, and remediation work
- supporting incident and continuity management
- training and spreading knowledge within information security and data protection
- contributing with security support in digitalization initiatives
- leading and participating in development projects within information security and data protection
- monitoring the external environment regarding information security and data protection
- leading the analysis and implementation of NIS2 and other legal requirements
Your competence and experience
To succeed in the role, we want you to have:
- a university education in a relevant field such as political science, data and systems science, IT security, or alternatively another post-secondary education that, combined with relevant experience, can be assessed as equivalent
- at least two years of current experience working with issues within the field of information security and data protection
- experience in leading, conducting, and monitoring information classifications
- experience with requirements setting in procurement
- experience in conducting risk and impact assessments (DPIA)
- good knowledge of IT and digitalization
- experience in driving change work and/or projects
- experience in working with business development
- good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience in managing IT assets
- experience in business development within the municipal sector
- experience with the ISO 27000 series and/or other security standards
- good knowledge of NIS/NIS2.
