About the role

As a Workshop Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the workshop in Linköping. You lead and distribute the work for the technicians and ensure that the business is run efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

You work closely with both colleagues and customers and act as a central link between different parts of the business. The role also includes administrative tasks such as planning, follow-up, and documentation.

You are expected to contribute to developing working methods, improving processes, and creating conditions for a profitable and well-functioning business.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position, preferably within workshop or service management
• Experience from industry, vehicles, construction, or similar industries is an advantage
• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Computer proficiency
