Job Responsibilities

In our work group, you will collaborate with approximately 24 colleagues, including nurses, district nurses, dementia nurses, Silvia sisters (specialized care assistants), and nursing assistants. The team is distributed across three locations within the municipality. We value a strong team spirit, short decision-making paths, and encourage new ideas.

You will receive an introduction from an experienced colleague, ensuring you feel secure and well-prepared for your work with us in the municipality.

In the municipality, we work with home healthcare, special housing, LSS (Support and Service Act), and ordinary housing. The work includes, among other things:

  • Leading medical work and making independent assessments of care interventions.
  • Mentoring, delegating, and training staff in healthcare interventions, as well as identifying and preventing risks in care. The work also involves active participation in our quality registers.
  • Setting your preferred schedule in TimeCare. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, which means approximately one full working weekend every sixth week.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse, preferably with further education in primary healthcare, elderly care, or dementia care.
  • Good interpersonal skills and professionalism in the professional role, with the ability to collaborate while working independently.
  • Good computer skills, preferably experience with the Lifecare operational system and work with quality registers such as Senior Alert, Palliative Register, and similar.
  • Personal suitability is highly valued.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) is required, as well as access to a personal car when needed.

Employment type: Permanent position.
