The Unit's Mission
The Cybersecurity and Digital Trust Unit supports the entire authority's operations in information and IT security matters and develops and is responsible for its ability to prevent, make accessible, detect, and act based on business-based risk thinking.
We are responsible for the authority's security platform with components that support products and building blocks for good system security. Examples of functions in the security platform are authentication, access management, logging, monitoring, but also processes, guidelines, and tool support for security work.
Job Description
As an Information Security Specialist with us, you work in a team with other specialists in cybersecurity and law. We have made a major security investment and strengthened our cybersecurity unit with several different competencies and technologies.
Together, we guide and support the operations within the information security area through new development and management. We continuously develop our knowledge and working methods to always be able to provide the best possible support and benefit to the entire authority within our area of expertise. Our philosophy is based more on support and assistance, cooperation, and trust, rather than on finger-pointing and coercion.
Your primary tasks include supporting the IT operations with:
- Information classification
- Threat and risk analyses and implementation of security measures
- Training in information security
- Follow-up and compliance of information security
- Legal issues, data protection/GDPR
- Consequence and legality assessments

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. The location is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Competence in IT and information security, preferably verified with relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.)
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002
- Experience working with IT security and information security, preferably in larger organizations undergoing significant change
- Knowledge of relevant legislation in the area, e.g., the Cybersecurity Act, GDPR, and OSL
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both written and oral
Additional Merits for the Position
- University education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways in a relevant field
- Good ability to lead workshops
- Good ability to work in large and complex projects
