About the Role

As Store Manager, you will play a central role in the daily operations of the store. You are responsible for creating an inspiring store environment, ensuring a high level of service, and contributing to the store meeting its goals.

You work closely with both customers and colleagues and are a key part of developing sales and strengthening customer relationships. With a strong focus on service, you ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. You plan and follow up on sales and campaigns, collaborate with suppliers, and actively work with product display to create an attractive store.

By supporting, engaging, and motivating the team in daily work, as well as being responsible for planning and scheduling, you create good conditions for a positive work culture and good results. You report to the Site Manager. This is a permanent full-time position.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in retail, sales, or customer service. You have a technical interest and thrive in a role where you take responsibility, are involved, and contribute to developing the business. You are a solution-oriented person who enjoys combining operational work with administrative tasks, and you have a natural ability to collaborate and lead others.
