As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire customer journey through proactive work in sales, service, and relationship building. You identify customer needs, create solutions, and ensure that deliveries and follow-ups run smoothly. The role involves daily contact with both new and existing customers, as well as close collaboration with colleagues in sales and production.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach sales, primarily via phone and email, to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Drive sales through needs analysis, customer contact, quoting, negotiation, and closing deals according to sales plans.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through accurate CRM work, handling complaints, and following up on customer feedback.
• Contribute to the business's development through collaboration within the sales team, sharing insights, and participating in campaigns and market analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Experience in industrial sales is a plus.
