About the Role ⚡
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is crucial for positive customer experiences and successful service. You will handle order calls, emails, and chats, helping customers through engaged and meaningful service. Your interest in clothing will allow you to create well-adapted solutions for the customer's needs.
You will:
- Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement.
- Work administratively with varied tasks such as email, chat, and case management.
- Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships.
- Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

Requirements for the Role
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Computer literacy.
- Completed upper secondary education.
Employment Type and Start Date 🌞
- Start: According to agreement.
- Employment Type: We initially offer employment based on need or summer temporary positions, with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
- Working Hours: We offer Monday–Friday 08:00–21:00 and Saturdays 09:00–15:00. Most shifts will be during weekdays, but we appreciate flexibility and the ability to work weekends.
