The Swedish Pension Agency is an authority at the forefront of technology and development. The IT department currently consists of approximately 350 employees and is growing rapidly to enable the implementation of the pension group's agreement on long-term increased and secure pensions. For us in IT, this means new development over the coming years of several new pension benefit systems using the latest technology and working methods. As part of our IT department, you will work in an innovative environment characterized by strong drive where new ideas are welcome.
About the role
The role is part of a technical specialist team responsible for the authority's mobile platforms and communication-related systems. The work includes operations, administration, further development, and troubleshooting within areas such as MDM solutions, mobility, client-side infrastructure, and container-based platforms.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with other technical specialists in areas such as Linux, Kubernetes, and client platforms. The role involves both operational work and participation in the continuous development of working methods, technical solutions, and automation.
The goal of the role is to contribute to stable, secure, and user-friendly technical services, as well as actively contribute to the team's joint competence development and knowledge sharing. Requirements:
- Education in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, client-based platforms, mobile operating systems (iOS), certificate management in networks, Exchange, and container-based environments.
- Knowledge of management via MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms.
- Experience working systematically with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
- Knowledge of container platforms and modern platform technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Ability to understand and write scripts for automation, e.g., Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good ability to read and understand technical documentation in English and Swedish.
Merits:

Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we apply a 6-month probation period. The employment may be placed in a security classification.
