About the role

As a Workshop Manager at Åhmans Traktorcentrum, you have overall responsibility for the workshop in Linköping. You lead and distribute the daily work for the service technicians and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

You work closely with technicians, sales staff, and customers, acting as a key link between the different parts of the business. The role also involves administrative tasks and a responsibility to develop working methods and contribute to a profitable and well-functioning workshop.

You will also become part of the company's workshop manager network, where experience sharing and collaboration are in focus.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who enjoys combining leadership, customer contact, and technical work. You are a person who takes responsibility, is structured, and has a natural drive to develop both the business and the employees.

You have a business mindset, good communication skills, and a strong focus on service. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making your own decisions in everyday life. Being a good role model and contributing to a positive work environment is a given for you.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position, preferably within workshop or service management
• Experience from agriculture, construction, or the automotive industry
• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Computer proficiency
