Do you want to work on architecture that truly matters – for real?
At the Swedish Migration Agency, we don't just build IT solutions. We build the digital infrastructure that enables one of Sweden's most important societal missions. We are now looking for several Technical Architects who want to take a leading role in our technical transformation.
This is a role for you who wants to influence – not just maintain.
Four specializations – where do you want to make the biggest impact?
We are looking for architects within four clear areas. You step in with a primary focus, but work together with other architects towards a common goal:
- Datacenter – design of a stable and scalable foundation for the entire operation
- Network – design of robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure
- Windows & IT Workplace – the digital workplace and client platform of the future
- Linux & Kubernetes – container platforms and modern operating environments
Your role – from direction to reality
As a Technical Architect, you help set the direction for our technical platform – and ensure that it is actually realized.
You will:
- design sustainable, secure, and scalable architectures
- translate business needs into technical choices
- guide teams in complex technical decisions
- ensure that architecture principles are followed in practice
- act as a bridge between technology, business, and management
You work closely with technology development teams with overall responsibility and are an active part of our architecture function together with chief architects, solution architects, business architects, and software architects.
Why this role is interesting
This is not a role where you stand on the sidelines.
You:
- get real influence over a large and societally critical IT environment
- work in complex technical landscapes where architecture makes a real difference
- help build platforms that are used every day – by both the business and people
