About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an Order Entry specialist targeting the Norwegian market. The client's office is located in North Stockholm.
This is an administrative role that demands high standards of accuracy and presence. The position involves handling incoming order inquiries for the company's various products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Registering and verifying orders
- Answering questions via phone and email, e.g., delivery inquiries
- Informing customers about, for example, delivery changes
- Invoicing
- Returns
- Archiving

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you are a team player, step up when needed, support your colleagues, and are engaged in your work. You are a skilled administrator with a structured approach to work. We believe you have prior administrative experience; experience with order processing and invoicing is meritorious but not mandatory. We prefer that you enjoy and have experience in some form of customer contact. You must have a good command of Norwegian, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.
Start Date, Scope, and Employment
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Hero, with good opportunities for permanent placement with the client. The position is full-time with office hours Monday to Friday. The start date is to be agreed upon.
