Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Estimator, you should have prior experience from the construction and infrastructure industry, preferably in a production role such as Site Manager or Foreman, although this is not a strict requirement. As an Estimator/Bid Engineer, you will be involved from the start. Your responsibilities include responding to incoming inquiries, preparing complete and ready-to-submit bids based on the conditions of each request, and collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. As an Estimator, you have a business mindset and identify cost-effective solutions in the bids you submit. Furthermore, you are communicative and structured in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of documented experience as an Estimator within earthworks, construction, and/or infrastructure, or a similar role.
• Has relevant education or equivalent experience within the industry.
• Has experience estimating for both public and/or private tenders.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
