Industrilandslaget continues its successful journey and moves forward. We are now strengthening our service operations in Skellefteå and looking for more Plumbing Technicians (VS-montörer) who want to help develop our business together with us.

The Role of Plumbing Technician

As a Plumbing Technician at Industrilandslaget, you primarily work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and smaller installation works within plumbing. The role involves significant customer contact where you represent the company on-site and contribute to creating security and trust through professional interaction and high-quality work.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues on various assignments within residential, industrial, and commercial environments. We are therefore looking for you who enjoy variety, take responsibility, and thrive in a role where problem-solving and service are a natural part of everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems and installations.
• Preventive maintenance within residential and industrial sectors.
• Smaller installation and renovation works.
• Customer contact and advice regarding technical solutions.
• Documentation and reporting of completed work.
• Ensuring that work is performed according to current safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver high quality in every assignment.
• Contribute to a safe, pleasant, and professional work environment.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a Plumbing Technician and are self-reliant in your professional role.
• Have relevant education within HVAC/Plumbing.
• Have experience in service work and enjoy customer contact.
• Are solution-oriented, responsible, and structured.
• Have a good understanding of quality, efficiency, and the importance of good service.
• Can read drawings and work according to technical documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Are computer literate and can handle digital documentation.
• Are a team player who contributes with positive energy and engagement.
