About the role

As a property manager at Victoriahem, you will play a central role in driving our operations forward. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of a part of our property portfolio in Malmö, where you will lead maintenance and improvement work, develop investment decisions, and ensure we have satisfied tenants.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Be responsible for smaller maintenance projects
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out
• Work commercially with improvement measures
• Have personnel responsibility for property technicians

As a manager, you are responsible for the property portfolio from a technical and economic perspective, with a focus on commercial viability. The role also involves many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, and suits you who are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative. The role includes social housing work to constantly increase safety and improve our areas.

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in property management, or equivalent experience as assessed by us
• Are a natural leader and thrive working commercially and proactively
• Have a B driver's license and access to your own car
