We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented banquet waiters/waitresses/server staff for assignments with our clients. The position is a casual employment (on-call) role and assumes that you have another primary occupation, such as studies, your own business, or other work.

About the role

This position is ideal for you who thrive in restaurant and event environments, take pride in your profession, and are passionate about providing guests and groups with a professional and memorable experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, often in connection with larger bookings, conferences, and events.

The work takes place in professional environments where service, structure, and teamwork are central. As a banquet server, you are responsible for serving large groups, such as dinners, conferences, weddings, and events. You work according to set run sheets and are responsible for serving food and beverages, table setting, clearing tables, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow. Collaboration with the kitchen, head waiters, and other staff is a natural part of the job, as is contributing to a well-organized and pleasant environment for the guests. Punctuality, the ability to listen and follow instructions, and knowledge of special diets are essential.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have documented experience in banquet service or similar serving work and are accustomed to working in a structured manner, even at times of high tempo. You are self-motivated, responsible, and have a clear focus on service. With a professional and positive attitude, you create a sense of security for the guests and contribute to good teamwork.

You are flexible, punctual, and meticulous, and thrive in a role where service and collaboration are at the center. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
