We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager who, together with the Store Manager, wants to lead the store towards strong results and high customer satisfaction.

Your Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you are the Store Manager's closest collaborator and an important part of the store's management team. You have a clear operational presence in the store and lead by example in both customer interactions and daily work. When the Store Manager is absent, you have overall responsibility for operations, staffing, and monitoring the store's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on daily work in the store together with the Store Manager
• Coach, inspire, and develop employees towards set goals
• Ensure an inspiring and consistent customer experience
• Actively work with sales, customer satisfaction, and the store's KPIs
• Ensure structure, efficient operations, and adherence to routines
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and competence development
• Work systematically and preventively with occupational health and safety
• Be an active part of the daily work on the store floor

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience (3–5 years) within retail
• Have previous leadership experience, for example as a team leader or department manager
• Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and confident in your leadership
• Are structured, responsible, and results-oriented
• Thrive in an operational role where the pace is high and days vary
• Have good IT skills, including Excel and business systems

Meritorious qualifications include:

• leadership training
• education or experience within sales, visual merchandising, or occupational health and safety
• knowledge and interest in our business area - plants and interior design

The Position: Permanent part-time position, approx. 30 hours/week, with the possibility of increasing hours during the season
