We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career or wants to take their first step into working life. No previous experience is needed – the most important thing is that you are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy talking to people.

About the role
As a customer service representative, you are a key part of the customer experience. You have daily contact with customers and work with answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional service via phone, email, and/or other digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle incoming customer inquiries
- Provide information, guidance, and support to customers
- Administer cases in internal systems
- Ensure that every customer receives a friendly and professional treatment

We are looking for someone who:
- Thrives in contact with people and has a genuine service focus
- Is communicative and expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Is solution-oriented, structured, and responsible
- Has the possibility to work on-site in Stockholm
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is not a requirement.

Location: Stockholm
Employment type: Full-time with an initial probationary period
Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies. Hourly-based monthly salary.
