About the role
As a customer service representative, you are a key part of the customer experience. You have daily contact with customers and work with answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional service via phone, email, and/or other digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming customer inquiries
• Provide information, guidance, and support to customers
• Administer cases in internal systems
• Ensure that every customer receives a friendly and professional treatment

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in contact with people and has a genuine service focus
• Is communicative and expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and responsible
• Has the possibility to work on-site in Stockholm

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is not a requirement.
