We are looking for a preschool teacher on a fixed-term contract at 75% for the educational activities in Sorsele. The position is currently located at Trollskogens preschool in Blattnicksele.

Responsibilities:

Together with your colleagues in the work team, you are responsible for the pedagogical activities based on the curriculum's mission. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the activities according to decided goals.

Your qualities:

Calm, receptive, flexible, and good at collaboration. As a person, you are development-oriented and have good communication skills. You are responsible and always keep the child's perspective in focus. You thrive in an environment that places high demands on flexibility, initiative, and social competence. Being a creative employee who can offer children good learning environments and provide good treatment is considered a matter of course. You are receptive, clear, accommodating, and create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. You contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the activities forward.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

Licensed preschool teacher. Great importance is attached to personal qualities. Knowledge of TAKK (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), work/training in Friluftsfrämjandet's "I Ur och Skur" program, and Sami language skills are meritorious.

Duration/working hours:

Employment degree 75% fixed-term contract.

Fixed-term from 2026-08-10 to 2027-06-30.

Salary:

According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
