About the Position

We are now offering a 100% position to you who wish to teach Swedish and English.

Your responsibilities at Guldstadsgymnasiet include planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching individually and in collaboration with your colleagues, in accordance with current governing documents. Together with your colleagues, you will also actively work on the development and core values of the school.

In your role as a teacher at Guldstadsgymnasiet, you are highly involved in the school's systematic quality work and pedagogical development.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for you who are a certified teacher. We seek you with strong subject matter competence who want to contribute with engagement, who are passionate about learning, and who, together with your colleagues, want to give students the best conditions to reach their goals.

As a person, you are also skilled in communication, planning, and organization. Since you work closely with the students, it is important that you are receptive, able to support, and capable of making difficult decisions when necessary.

Together with the principal and colleagues, you take responsibility for the school's pedagogical development, subject development, and for developing your own professional competence. You are creative in your planning and implementation of teaching, create a desire to learn, and have the ability to see students as individuals with different needs and drives.

In the classroom, you are a secure leader and you are good at building relationships with both students and guardians.
