Description

Liljaskolan is looking for a vocational teacher to teach on the school's Nature and Agriculture program with a focus on forestry, as well as on the adult education program for forest machine operators.

Responsibilities

Your role as a teacher is to plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching within the forestry education, both theoretically and practically. Depending on your competence and experience, courses such as forest care, forest production, nature conservation, engines and brush cutters, as well as forest machines like harvesters and forwarders, may be relevant.

Standard duties such as mentoring, teamwork, and participation in systematic quality work are also part of the teacher's role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is engaged and inspiring, knowledgeable within the industry, and preferably has experience in the teaching profession, and who wishes to become part of our team.

A teaching license is desirable. Experience from other work with young people is an advantage.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Conditions

The position is a 100% permanent contract if you hold a teaching license. Otherwise, it is a fixed-term appointment as an unqualified teacher at 100% during the academic year 2026/2027. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
