You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Baxter. The need is initially for a one-year fixed-term contract, but if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is an opportunity for extension within the company.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a group working with continuous improvements and Lean production. You will lead change and improvement projects and support work with continuous development activities that contribute to achieving the facility's goals and creating a more efficient and sustainable operation. By analyzing data, processes, and flows, you will identify areas for improvement and turn insights into concrete solutions that make a real difference in the operation.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, as well as conduct presentations and workshops in the area
- Monitor and analyze goals, performance, and risks related to the supply chain
- Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement activities
- Support managers and teams in change work and the implementation of new working methods
We are looking for someone who
- Has a relevant university degree in fields such as economics, supply chain, mechanical engineering, or a similar focus
- Has experience in continuous improvement work and has worked in a similar role
- Is a proficient user of Excel and the Office suite
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Lives in or near Luleå, as the position starts immediately
