Adapteo is the market leader and largest supplier in Northern Europe of adaptable buildings in the form of modules. We offer high-quality and modern building solutions to businesses and public sector organizations. We build and rent out adaptable buildings for short- or long-term use. With circular and modular construction technology, we can modify, reuse, scale up, scale down, and move our buildings within a couple of weeks.

As a Project Manager, you will become part of this fast-paced world with interesting projects for, among others, preschools, schools, offices, healthcare, secure facilities, and housing.

You are primarily responsible for the project's progress regarding economy, schedules, goals, communication, and quality. You will have many contact areas and become a key person leading the collaboration between the client, the internal team, and selected subcontractors.

To succeed in the role of Project Manager, we believe you have:

• A technical education in construction or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• BAS P/U certification
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• At least a Category B driver's license

As a person, you are curious and receptive, which contributes to your good communication skills and ability to engage and lead collaborations. You fit best with us if you are unpretentious and share your experiences and knowledge. You work equally well alone as in a group, and it comes naturally to you to work in an organized and structured manner.

Permanent employment with immediate start. This position is based in Umeå. Since the buildings are movable, the role involves some site visits at project locations. Travel throughout Norrland is included in the position.
