Senior Pension Advisor

Svenska Fribrevsbolaget (SFB) is an insurance company that helps Swedish pension savers find a simple and cost-effective solution for their 'fribrev' (pension insurance where contributions have ceased) and long-term savings. A 'fribrev' is a type of pension insurance where payments have stopped, which often happens when you change employers.

SFB is now looking for an insurance distributor/advisor with a start date in Q3 2026. The work is performed during office hours, 08:00–17:00, from our office in Stockholm.

The position is full-time, and the compensation includes a fixed salary plus bonus.

About the role of Insurance Advisor

Your tasks are primarily focused on customer advisory, but also include administration and customer support. To succeed in this role, you should be a good communicator, focused, and business-driven. You will work in an organization that puts the customer, knowledge, and performance at the center.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in insurance advisory from a bank, insurance company, or as an insurance broker. This is a requirement.
• SwedSec or Insuresec certification is meritorious.
• Fluent Swedish is a requirement as the position requires correct communication in both speech and writing.
• Strong skills in actively driving the business forward. Documented sales experience is meritorious.
