We at Lernia are now looking for several people for a large international event linked to a well-known car brand. During this period, we will be hosting guests from all over the world and need someone who thrives in an environment with a fast pace, a focus on service, and order & cleanliness. ABOUT THE JOB

In the role of event staff member, you will work with one of two main areas (you may also switch between tasks depending on needs):

1) Coordination of guest groups You help create a good flow throughout the day by, for example:

• greeting and guiding groups correctly

• coordinating times, test drives, and meeting points

• assisting with on-site communication and ensuring everyone has a professional experience

2) Basic detailing / vehicle preparation You ensure that the cars are clean and ready for test drives, for example by:

• basic interior/exterior cleaning

• checking that the car looks presentable for the next guest

• collaborating with the team so that the right car is in the right place at the right time

You will become an important part of a team where service, responsibility, and collaboration are at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent English orally (and preferably also in writing)

• Has a Category B driver's license

• Thrives in a role with many people, is service-oriented, and communicates clearly

• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and stress-resistant when the pace increases

• Is good at collaborating and helps out where needed

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience from events, service, reception, hotels, retail, or similar

• Experience with detailing/car care or a clear interest in cars

• Experience working structured with schedules/flows/logistics

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

• Period: late June to late August (fixed-term during the event period)

• Employment percentage: according to schedule (days and times may vary based on the event setup)

• Location: Gothenburg/Vårgårda

• Start date: last week of June
