We are now looking for you who are an experienced system administrator/system administrator with good knowledge of journal management, for an exciting job that will benefit the entire Region Stockholm.

Stockholm County Hospital District (SLSO) is part of Region Stockholm, and the position is located at SLSO within the Department of Operational Support Digital Services, Unit of Administration and Support.

Responsibilities
Your primary and initial tasks will involve working with the main journal system TakeCare, including its functions and settings.
System administration for other systems may also become relevant. This entails leading the administration and development of systems used by healthcare, ensuring that the systems meet security and quality requirements, as well as leading supplier dialogues and following up on contracts.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in the role of local system administrator (LSA) or similar.
- Experience in IT-related system administration and working in large and complex organizations.
- Extensive experience with the journal system TakeCare, experience working with cash registers, referral management, and economic units.
- Experience in process work, procurement, requirement management, and working with sub-suppliers.
- Proficiency in Swedish, presentation skills, and Office 365.
Merits
- Experience in driving and leading IT-related issues within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of other healthcare-supporting systems and digital tools, as well as operational knowledge and understanding of how a healthcare organization functions as a whole.
- Experience with the journal system Cambio Cosmic.
- Knowledge in information and IT security.

The position will be filled subject to it not being needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
In case of patient-facing work within Stockholm County Hospital District (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new hire medical examination according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
