About the Company
We are currently looking for an Administrator for a larger company located in Landskrona. More information about the company will be provided during a phone interview.
This position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Emploid and hired out to the client company.
About the Role
In this role, you will work with quality reporting and administration related to transport operations. You will become part of a team responsible for quality and follow-up, playing a key role in collecting, compiling, and ensuring accurate information for both customers and internal departments.
The focus of the role is on handling quality reporting and administration related to transport operations. You will be responsible for compiling reports, ensuring data quality, and handling administrative inquiries from both customers and internal functions. The role involves several internal interfaces where you collaborate with, among others, traffic, terminal, customer service, and sales to collect and coordinate information.
More specifically, the duties include:
- Creating and compiling quality and delivery reports
- Ensuring data quality and correcting information as needed
- Handling administrative inquiries and follow-ups
- Compiling and coordinating RFI (Requests for Information) materials
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, attention to detail, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life. You are curious and have a knack for asking questions to get to the core of a problem or situation.
As a person, you are structured and meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You have your own drive and are not afraid to follow up, remind, and ensure that things get done, proactively contacting internal departments and functions.
The following are requirements for the position:
- Experience working with administration
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good system proficiency
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience from the transport or logistics industry

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: 08:00–16:40
Salary: According to agreement
