Horseonline AB is growing rapidly and is now looking for an engaged employee for our customer service. Do you have a passion for service, e-commerce, and equestrian sports? Then this might be the role for you.

About the role:

As a customer service representative, you will assist our customers before and after purchase via phone, email, and chat. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about creating excellent customer experiences.

The position is part-time (50%) and based at our newly built office and warehouse on Pilotvägen in Kalmar.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers before and after purchase via email, phone, and chat.
  • Providing advice on products and sizes.
  • Handling returns, complaints, and order inquiries.
  • Contributing to the development of the customer experience together with the team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an engaged team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
  • Has a service-oriented and professional attitude, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Has good computer skills and experience working with digital tools and systems.
  • Has knowledge of equestrian sports and an understanding of the products we offer.
  • Knowledge of German, Polish, or French is an advantage.
