At Four Service, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and driven Head Waiter/Manager for an exciting summer assignment starting immediately. There are good opportunities for continued employment directly with the client. About the Role This is a key role for you who love to be where the action is – on the floor, close to the guest, and in the middle of the team. You will lead the daily restaurant operations, ensure high quality in service delivery, and create memorable experiences for guests. You will work both operationally and strategically with planning, structure, and service development. The role also includes responsibility for beverages, as well as planning and executing events, conferences, and weddings. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work within the service team.
• Scheduling and staffing planning.
• Ensure an efficient and smooth service flow.
• Responsible for beverage ordering and developing the assortment.
• Plan and execute events and weddings.
• Ensure a high level of hospitality and guest experience.

• Has experience from the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Has good knowledge of beverages (wine, beer, and/or cocktails).
• Is structured and confident in planning and scheduling.
• Is passionate about service and creating experiences.
• Leads through presence, energy, and engagement.

• A driver's license and own car are a plus.
