We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator for our office in Håby
We are seeking a temporary case handler, Customs Process Administrator, for our office in Håby for a fixed-term assignment extending until August 2027.
Working with us involves preparing customs declarations for a number of established clients with recurring assignments in accordance with current regulations.
We work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Administering customs declarations
• Interpreting regulations
• Classifying goods
• Maintaining good dialogue with customers, the Swedish Customs Agency (Tullverket), and other authorities
We are looking for someone who wants a varied and developing job. You are service-oriented and capable of solving customer assignments quickly, accurately, and pleasantly.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience from the industry or other work experience, as well as completed upper secondary education
• A positive attitude and the ability to build good customer relationships
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High service awareness and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ease in working in a team, but also with strong ability to work independently
