About the role

Nabo Property Services is growing, and we are now recruiting a Maintenance Technician. You will join a competent team of 18 people with various specialized skills. The operations and installation team works broadly across different specialist areas, and as a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing rounds, servicing, and controlling technical installations in our customers' properties.

We see that you, as a candidate, have a good sense for business and customer relations. You will have the opportunity to plan your work independently, and we hope you enjoy contributing to the development of our service offerings.

• Communicate with Nabo's customers regarding corrective measures that need to be carried out in the property.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operations, maintenance service, problem-solving, and new installations.
• Responsible for coordinating your assignments with the customer as well as purchasing associated materials.
• Prepare and present quotations to the customer and compile invoice data in our business systems.

Your previous experience

We see that you, as a candidate, have experience working as a Maintenance Technician and are accustomed to independently handling technical installations.

You are structured in your work and have good computer skills as well as a desire to develop within your expertise. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work broadly, so we are looking for you who have relevant competence in ventilation/heating, control and regulation technology, or plumbing (VVS).

You are driven, positive, and structured in your work, with the ability to plan and prioritize in everyday life. Location

You will find our office at Hammarbybacken 31, floor 12, in Sthlm 04, just a stone's throw from Gullmarsplan in Stockholm. However, in this role, much of the work takes place out at Nabo's customers' sites.
