What do we offer?

In the role of District Nurse, you work with telephone advice and clinic duties. You participate in medical assessments and work closely with other professional categories at the clinic. We use the medical record system Cosmic, and we would appreciate it if you are familiar with handling this system. We would like you to be involved in working with processes and routines.

At the health center, we have a Diabetes Clinic, Asthma/COPD, and Hypertension Clinic.

Our view of primary care is that we work together with all competencies, where all parts are equally important. You can easily join us with good general communication skills. We consider it a given that you want to contribute to job satisfaction!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent and positive District Nurse and would appreciate it if you have prior experience in primary care. Asthma/COPD competence is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on you contributing to an open and positive work climate together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are comfortable working independently and have good collaboration skills with the rest of the team. Of course, you always have the patient in focus and you value good treatment both on the phone and in personal meetings.
