ABOUT THE ROLE

You work closely with project managers and quality functions, ensuring that documentation, follow-up, and administration actually meet the level required in a global industrial environment. When the pace increases, you are the one who creates order. When many are involved, you are the one who keeps the threads together.

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that documentation is correct, updated, and traceable
• Follow up on activities and deadlines in projects
• Coordinate administrative parts of deliveries
• Contribute to structure in quality work
• Serve as a natural contact point between different functions

This is a role for you who thrive when given responsibility and who know that structure is not bureaucracy – it is the prerequisite for success.

ABOUT YOU

You like things to be well-thought-out. You like when there is a plan, but you also handle it well when reality changes.

We believe you have experience in administrative work in a project or industrial environment and feel comfortable working in business systems, preferably SAP or similar. You communicate effortlessly in both Swedish and English and are used to collaborating with various types of roles.

But most importantly, it's about who you are: You take responsibility. You see the big picture and you dare to speak up when something needs adjustment.

You don't need to be the one heard the most in the room, but you are often the one who sees the most.
