We are now looking for Swedish-speaking appointment setters to join an international team in Moalboal, Philippines.

About the Role

As an appointment setter, you will contact companies and schedule meetings for Swedish and Nordic clients. You will be the first point of contact between potential customers and the company's sales team.

You will work with various industries and companies, creating variety and development in your daily routine. This role is perfect for you who enjoy communication, people, and want to grow within sales.

No prior experience is required – you will receive a complete introduction and training.

Responsibilities

• Contact companies via phone
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Work based on clear processes and scripts
• Build good customer relationships
• Work towards individual and team goals
• Contribute to a positive team spirit

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Has good knowledge of English
• Is social, positive, and communicative
• Is motivated to develop within sales
• Has basic computer skills
• Wants to live and work abroad for at least 8 months
• Is responsible and goal-oriented

• approx. 17,500 – 25,000 SEK
• approx. 29,000 – 36,500 SEK

• approx. 56,000 – 74,500 SEK

Most employees exceed the minimum level after 1–4 months.
