For a consultancy assignment with a changing organization, we are looking for a Senior Controller with experience in projects and investments. The role focuses on a business area where the emphasis is on strengthening control, follow-up, and working methods related to investment projects.

The Role of Project Controller

In this role, you will hold a central position supporting the business with financial matters related to projects and investments. You will work closely with decision-makers and the project organization, contributing both operationally to daily work and to ongoing efforts to develop and improve structures, processes, and tools.

The assignment involves working in an environment where much is still being shaped, requiring independence and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor investment projects based on outcomes, forecasts, and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the business in budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare materials and analyses to support decision-making
• Contribute to developing working methods and routines for financial follow-up
• Work with reporting and follow-up in existing systems and contribute to further development
• Act as a support resource for financial questions for various roles within the organization

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for you who have experience in controlling linked to projects or investments and a good understanding of financial follow-up, forecasting, and reporting. You have previously worked on developing or improving processes and working methods within the financial area and have general system proficiency with a good understanding of various system supports. Experience from real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus.
