About Us

Nyköping Strand Physiotherapy consists of three dedicated physiotherapists. We are a personal clinic where we put the patient first and value a positive and efficient work environment.

The Role and Responsibilities:

As our receptionist, you are the first link between the patient and us. Your task is to facilitate the work of the physiotherapists and ensure that patients receive a professional welcome. The job involves being frequently interrupted and needing to switch quickly between different tasks.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Patient Contact: Responsible for bookings and greeting patients via phone and in person.
• Administration: Managing the medical record system, handling medical records, ordering X-ray results, and handling payments during patient visits or product sales.
• Logistics & Maintenance: Ordering supplies, handling laundry (towels/sheets), and light cleaning duties such as dusting to keep the clinic fresh.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, structured, and has the ability to juggle many tasks at once. You have a strong sense of service and always act with great integrity, as we work with confidentiality according to the Health and Medical Services Act.

Requirements for the Position:

• Good computer skills and experience with phone work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to converse in English.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with several parallel tasks.

Merits:

• Previous experience from healthcare and social services.
• Living in Nyköping or the surrounding area.

Employment Terms

• Type of Employment: Permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period and great potential for continued employment.
• Hours: Approximately 70%.
• Working Hours: Weekdays between 08:00–18:00. The working hours are somewhat irregular within this time frame.
• Start Date: October 5, 2026.
