Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Test Lead.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across data delivery initiatives
• Drive structured test planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-up
• Establish and improve test strategy, governance, and traceability practices
• Perform testing and analysis of data flows, data quality, and reporting outputs
• Ensure quality is embedded early in development cycles
• Coordinate testing across sprints, PI cycles, and value streams
• Manage and improve test environments and test data processes
• Monitor and validate data movement across systems and integrations
• Handle technical dependencies across teams, systems, and data pipelines
• Support developers in testing practices, automation, and quality improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through agile ceremonies and retrospectives
• Build sustainable and scalable quality processes across teams

What You Bring

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience within test leadership, test management, or technical testing in data or DWH environments
• Strong knowledge of data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modelling concepts including staging, data marts, and lineage
• Ability to read, understand, write, and validate data using SQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or equivalent test management platforms
• Strong experience working with lean-agile methodologies and PI planning
• Experience managing dependencies across agile delivery organizations and value streams
• Ability to create structure, trust, and clarity across collaboration between developers, operations, and stakeholders
• Strong communication and coordination skills without requiring formal managerial authority
• Structured, methodical, and quality-driven approach to delivery
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and ability to bridge testing, operations, and technology teams
