As an Alarm Technician with us, you will meet our customers in their homes and deliver high-quality security by performing professional installations of new alarm systems as well as servicing existing installations.

We are currently looking to strengthen our team with an Alarm Technician in/around Stockholm. The work is home-based with a company vehicle, so you should be living in or around this area.

About the role The employment begins with training consisting of theoretical and practical modules, concluding with on-the-job training alongside an experienced colleague who acts as a mentor. This training prepares you to independently commission new alarm systems and service existing ones. Your focus will be on providing customers with first-class protection and peace of mind by securing their homes.

This also involves reviewing and training the customer on how to use our alarm system and introducing our apps. The goal is never to leave a customer with weak security points. It is important to do everything possible to provide the customer with a sense of security.

The position is full-time (100%).

Who are you?

• You have a valid Category B driver's license.
• You have a clean criminal record, which is of utmost importance as we provide security solutions to private individuals in their homes.
• Interest in technology and sales is a plus, but you will naturally receive training and coaching in these areas.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You are service-oriented, customer-focused, goal-driven, and place great value on customers' wishes, ensuring they are met.

You are someone who enjoys helping people and can treat them with humility and professionalism. We work with low-voltage systems, meaning you do not need to be a licensed electrician to apply for this position.
